Program Development

This subgroup of EnablEd’s services focuses on developing and fostering collaborations between the client and key opinion leaders (KOLs) for current and future educational activities. Having meaningful relationships in place facilitates rapid development of relevant, effective programming.

EnablEd’s standard Program Development services include: 

• Partnering with clients to determine program objectives
• Recruiting speakers and faculty; negotiate fees and facilitate client–KOL interactions
• Building and developing KOL relationships for current and future projects
• Designing inclusive programs within client budgetary parameters
• Serving as central contact for hosts, faculty, and participants
• Arranging speaker training to ensure efficient messaging
• Overseeing creation of educational materials: slides, training materials, enduring materials, etc.
